Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
Provide professional advice on market conditions, prices, and property values
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers
Prepare and present property proposals and marketing materials
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors’ activities
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
