Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects
Manage and optimize company website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns
Create engaging content and visuals for digital platforms
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Coordinate with sales and branding teams to align marketing efforts
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
Manage budgets for digital advertising and ensure ROI
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry
Proven experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Strong communication and creative skills
Ability to analyze data and craft strategies based on insights
Knowledge of real estate market trends and target audiences is a plus
