Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage inventory logistics, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, customs brokers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
-Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
-Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport companies and assign routing to drivers.
-Conduct cost analysis of various transportation providers to select the most cost-effective solutions.
-Manage reception, storage, and documentation of incoming shipments.
-Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners including trucking companies, warehouse supervisors, customs agents, sales teams, and clients.
-Review and log purchase orders in relation to current stock levels to optimize procurement and reduce logistics costs.
-Ensure timely order processing and delivery through coordination with courier services and warehouses.
-Plan and coordinate all logistical requirements for shipments.
-Assist in auditing vendor invoices and supporting month-end financial processing and accruals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping, transportation, and customs clearance, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.
-Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, particularly in UAE Free Zones, with preference given to experience in Hamriyah Free Zone
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
