Requirements:

Job Specifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

3–6+ years of experience in IT operations or a related area, with a focus on managing IT infrastructure and technical support.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and system administration.
Understanding of IT security protocols, including firewalls, data encryption, and backup solutions.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure improvements.

Job-Specific Responsibilities:

Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring all systems and networks function efficiently and meet business needs.
Manage a team of IT staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance and compliance with IT policies.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime across IT systems and infrastructure.
Coordinate and implement IT security measures including firewalls, antivirus programs, and data backup solutions to safeguard systems and data.
Support hardware and software installations and upgrades, ensuring all equipment is up to date and functional.
Manage IT service desk operations to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and staff requests.
Collaborate with senior IT management to develop IT policies and procedures aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.
Maintain up-to-date IT documentation including system configurations, user manuals, and network diagrams.
Support IT projects such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and new technology implementations.
Conduct regular IT audits to identify improvement areas and ensure compliance with industry standards and security regulations.
Prepare IT performance and system utilization reports, offering insights to support senior management decision-making.
