Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Human Resources Officer for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a large healthcare group operating multiple healthcare assets across UAE.

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be vital in shaping the organization's workforce and fostering a positive work culture.

You will lead HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee development initiatives and play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent, promoting employee engagement and productivity. The CHRO will Develop and implement HR strategies that support the group's vision, values, and long-term objectives. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce. Lead performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.

Design and execute employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the group objectives. Lead HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to guide decision-making and improve HR processes. Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks for the organization. Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of experience within HR and at least 5 years in a C level role at a large healthcare organization. Must have a proven track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, UAE employment laws, and industry trends. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Be a strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.

Demonstrate the ability to foster employee engagement, create a positive work culture, and lead through influence. Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven and analytical approach to HR.

Salary : Aed 65,000 per month plus family benefits and performance bonus.
