Customer Service Sales Representative
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate and timely information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach at all times.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage, track, and qualify leads.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
• Develop and implement lead engagement strategies.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales team members.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and communicate the value of our services and solutions.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
• Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in both customer support and sales, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Solid understanding of local market dynamics and client behavior.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Must have a personal laptop, UAE driver's license.
