Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, listen to service needs, and provide accurate advice
Create and update job cards with all required service details
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
Provide cost estimates, explain repairs and services to customers
Follow up on service progress and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
