Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and deal negotiations
Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitor activity
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of off-plan and ready properties
Excellent communication and closing skills
RERA certification (preferred)
Must be presentable, proactive, and sales-driven
