Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled Desktop Support / Smart Hand Support Technician to provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with network and server maintenance across client locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level desktop support to end users.
Assist in hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
Support network, printer, and peripheral device troubleshooting.
Manage incident tickets and service requests efficiently.
Handle Smart Hands tasks like server racking, cable patching, and remote assistance coordination.

Requirements:

Proven experience in desktop or IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel between sites within the UAE.
