The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure while ensuring system security, performance, and availability for all school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide full technical support during school programs and assemblies such as Install, configure, and maintain Servers,Desktops ,Laptops, Printers &Scanners and Smart Boards ,Projectors, IP Phones.
2.CCTV Systems (Daily school checks + Weekly bus checks).
3.Maintain a scheduled service plan for all IT equipment.
4.Deliver technical support and mainte.nance at the network level, including:WAN and LAN connectivity
5.Configuration and management of routers, Wi-Fi, access points, switches, and firewalls.
6.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate when needed.
7.Monitor system performance and ensure timely software updates, antivirus, and patch installations.
8.Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
9.Manage user accounts (create, modify, delete) and system access controls.
10.Provide training and technical support to staff on platforms and tools used in education.
11. Support the school’s website content and design maintenance.
12.Ensure systems are secure, efficient, and compliant with school policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support.
3.Knowledge of CCTV systems, Windows OS, backup systems, and school-friendly platforms.
4.Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
5.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
