Job Location : Kuwait

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the agency's services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Assist in the onboarding process by preparing materials for new hires.
• Support the team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

Preferred Candidate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
