Position Summary:
The Automotive Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing automotive parts, components, and materials essential to the company’s production and assembly lines. The role requires in-depth knowledge of automotive supply chains, cost optimization, and vendor relationship management to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with Eraf's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and manufacturers for automotive components and materials.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with local and international vendors.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, delivery, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
• Monitor market trends, raw material availability, and pricing to inform procurement strategy.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials to support continuous production flow.
• Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and service.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards for all purchased goods.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, manufacturing processes, and supply chain logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with international sourcing, incoterms, and customs regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
