We are hiring: Assistant Director of Human Resources – Hospitality Industry

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our Jannah Family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership within the hospitality industry and be passionate about driving organizational success through people-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize deep knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws to support compliance and operational excellence.
Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
Foster strong relationships across departments through effective communication and collaboration.
Apply strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team while promoting a high-performance culture.
Solve complex problems with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership HR role.
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
