Key Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

Manage the Company’s international litigation matters in coordination with Law Management and external counsel.
Monitor and consolidate reporting on international litigation matters across the enterprise (e.g., review and monitor out-of-Kingdom subsidiaries’ and joint ventures’ litigation matters, as applicable), and in the energy sector generally.
Monitor legal, regulatory, and procedural developments in relation to international litigation.
Provide training on key issues in connection with potential international litigation.

Minimum Requirements:

You must be currently licensed, admitted to practice, and in good standing in the United States, Canada, the European Union or the UK.
You must have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience at a large multinational corporation or law firm.
You must also have at least 10years of experience in overseeing complex arbitrations.
Experience in briefing management about legal risks, and litigation trends in the industry is required.
Litigation experience, preferably in matters related to climate litigation and/or sovereign immunity is also essential.
