Qualification (minimum):
Bachelor’s Degree Material or Mechanical Engineering
Valid certification of API 580

Experience (minimum):
8+ years in the oil & gas industry at Engineer level with min. 05 years as RBI engineer in Oil & Gas company or at consultancy providing RBI services to oil & gas industry.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
* The main objective of Senior RBI Engineer is to lead/facilitate all Companies facilities equipment’s for safe and stable operation by ensuring the appropriate maintenance and inspection program with risk-based assessment in compliance with international codes and standards (API 580 / 581), ADOC procedures and policies etc.,
* The RBI methodology shall apply to ensure the integrity of the equipment’s for whichever is not covered under API 580/581.
* Assist the reporting personnels in developing the annual, Mid-term and long-term maintenance & inspection plan for all ADOC facilities in line with RBI assessment results.
* Prepare the equipment strategy (inspection, maintenance & corrosion management plans) based on RBI result as per Group Head's advice with coordination of respective sections.
* Prepare data for periodical and progress reports to keep management informed about the RBI activities and fit for service states of Company assets.
* Assist development, implementation and tracking of maintenance plan and schedule in Maintenance management software.
* Support implementation of inspection & corrosion control strategies.

Job Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in the application of RBI systems and mechanical technology.
- Thorough knowledge on application of API, ASME, NACE etc., standards in Oil & Gas industry.
Risk focus and demonstrate good analytical skills when making decisions.
- Excellent understanding of engineering principles & mechanics in all kinds of equipment in oil & gas industry.
- Analytical thinking. Project management skills. Time management, multi-tasking skills, Problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and Computer skills
