Marketing Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs, etc.).
• Assists the Director of Marketing to implement campaigns in accordance with the programme or plan.
• Maintains and administers media content plan in a structured and systematic manner.
• Tracks and analyses campaign performance to ensure objectives are met and ROI is optimised across all digital channels.
• Ensures all digital content adheres to the brand's voice, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Provides insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimise ongoing campaigns and improve future strategies.
• Stays up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and social media platform updates to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
• Maintains all hotel images and video assets such as photos, renderings, videos, slide shows, presentations, artwork, design files etc.
• Provides insights and creative support for quarterly priorities - competitor reviews, communication platforms and key messages.
• Be energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.
• Immaculately groomed and articulate, highly professional appearance.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel, luxury retail, agency or marketing environment in a similar role
• Previous working experience in the Middle East is an advantage
• Hotel pre-opening experience is a great advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic is a great advantage
• Ability to follow up and complete tasks according to plan
• Highly competent in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
