Key Accountabilities:

1- Sales Support:

RFQs for Corp. business plans / SME business plans / Individual product / Prepare proposal / Contracts.
Ensure that all the Broker documents are provided for renewal.
Review CHI and SAMA regulations to ensure all health insurance practices meet their standard

2- Business Operation services:

BIGQ for new business
GRQ for renewals
Preparing PCF and coordinate with stakeholders to be applied in the system
Create certificates/letters for the contracts or member insurance coverage.
Extract reports and account for active member list.
Coordinate with archiving team to archive signed contracts
Processing CRM Opportunities and refelction of client requirements
Validate received data from client via system and prepare as per Bupa Arabia Standard.

3- Reporting:

NB / Renewal / Active book report / Salesforce update
Logging TPF’s and Share with the Stakeholders Twice Monthly

Skills:

MS Office skills.
Excellent control on the English/Arabic language.
Driven, focused and ambitious.
Takes initiative and priorities pursuit of goals/targets.
Keeps up to date with system and regulatory updates & requirements
