Dynamic CRM Consultant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation of functionalities, customizations, and provide end user support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Develop and manage CRM integrations with Dynamics 365 FinOps and other business systems.
• Conduct ongoing software maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate with departments and end users to understand business requirements and translate into functional / technical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, training materials, documentation and provide training to end users on business systems.
• Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the business solutions meet the end-user needs, improve efficiency and achievement of all business objectives.
• Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirement:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation, customization, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Integration experience with Microsoft and with other Business System Products.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and other Power Platform Products.
• Experience in Document Core Pack and SharePoint will be an advantage.
