Camp Boss

Camp Administration.
Administration  and control of  labor camp  and other Staff accommodation
Co-ordination with Admin dept. for new arrivals/departures.
Furnished accommodations for new arrivals.
Arrange the accommodation according to labor law requirement.
Maintains records for the use of catering & laundry services and the expenditure of materials in the camp and issue daily / weekly and monthly status reports for management and finance department requirements
Explain in formal way the camp rules and regulations to the new arrivals and record their acceptance.
Manage the transportation for the staff as per the established transportation schedule .Provide emergency transportation for taking patients to hospital, departures/arrivals to and from the airport etc.
Supply and record keeping of living items such as blankets, soaps, glasses, pillows, beds sheets, towels etc. to the residents.
Keeping records of labors staying in accommodation.
Report of daily absenteeism.
Checking rooms every day (Anybody absent or sick) keep record.
Handle immediate first aid and inform doctor in case of emergency.
Any sick person arranges medication/transportation to hospital if required.
Responsible for Housekeeping, Cleaning Services
Ensure discipline in the camp.
Hygiene, sanitation & standard first aid supplies.
Monthly pest control retrival.
Maintain general safety, security and monitor access.
utilities and communications infrastructure;
Accurately report and appropriately document accidents, injuries, and incidents
Accommodation of all expats and visitors check out proceduresCheck in check out procedures and customers satisfaction analysis)
Taking Care of Electricity Complaints.
Rooms allotments as per company procedure.
Allotment of rooms, furniture and other basic requirements upon instruction from HO.
Overseeing the daily movement of employees to/from sites.
Verify and check compliances of camp on a day to day basis.
To maintain camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Responsible for electricity and water supply to the camp, noting and reading daily basis.
Stock control & Cost control.
Water & Sewage arrangements and maintaining the record on daily trips.
Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record if tanker hire-in.
Display of transport schedule, camp rules and regulations, management notices, HSE posters, medical bulletins,
