Key Responsibilities:.

1. Design and implement onboarding training programs for couriers, covering operational procedures, customer service, and safety standards.
2. Conduct regular skill-enhancement training sessions to optimize pick-up and delivery efficiency based on company needs.
3. Assist in developing training materials (e.g., manuals, videos) tailored to the context of Riyadh.
4. Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs.
5. Provide on-site operational guidance to address challenges faced by couriers in their daily work.
6. Collaborate with management to align training objectives with the company’s business strategy.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major not specified.
2. Valid driver’s license (must comply with local driving requirements).
3. Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in training, logistics, or a related field.
4. Familiarity with the culture, market, and logistics industry in Riyadh and the Middle East.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage training projects.
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
7. Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in training within the courier or logistics industry.
2. Ability to conduct bilingual training in Urdu, Arabic and English.
