Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory is well-organized.
• Monitor and manage food and beverage supplies to meet operational needs.
• Work closely with procurement teams to track incoming and outgoing stock.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and storage regulations.
• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a storekeeper in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
