Quality Control Officer with expertise in the Food & Beverage industry
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all food safety and quality control procedures are consistently followed.
· Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, dining areas, and back-of-house operations to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipe standards.
· Perform regular audits of food inventory and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to address any quality concerns and improve overall service standards.
· Train and guide staff on best practices for maintaining hygiene and food quality.
· Assist with documentation and reporting of inspections and audits to management.
· Respond to and resolve any customer complaints related to food quality or safety.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Control Officer, Food Safety Auditor, or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulations, and hygiene practices.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot potential issues before they arise.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Knowledge of quality control systems and tools is a plus.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) are highly desirable.
