– Greet and receive patients and their escorts.
-Attend to patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in and check-out, inquiries, and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization.
– Answer patients’ queries regarding services, medical insurance procedures from approval, follow-ups, rejection, and other insurance activities and payments.
– Ensure that the patients are being accommodated without any delay.
– Make the patients comfortable while they are waiting.
– Prepare and process Medical Insurance claim forms.
– Schedule appointments for patients. Confirmation of appointments and cancellations.
Requirements:
– Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service /Patient Relations in the Healthcare industry
