Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced social media strategies to boost organic growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
Create compelling content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) and collaborate with designers for top-quality output.
Build and engage with an active online community in the construction and building materials space.
Use organic growth strategies to grow followers and increase post engagement.
Optimize social media content with basic SEO techniques and collaborate with the SEO team.
Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing (construction or B2B sectors preferred).
Strong understanding of organic growth, audience targeting, and engagement.
Proficient with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience in community management.
SEO knowledge is a plus.
Must be based in Dubai.
