Customer Service Representative
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex inquiries or complaints
• Assist in customer onboarding, guiding them through service features and best practices
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline service processes
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all customer service activities
Requirements:
• UAE national with Family Book (required for this role)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a professional manner
