Document Controller
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle financial and commercial documents with utmost care and confidentiality.
• Maintain an efficient archiving system both electronically and physically.
• Ensure all versions of documents are recorded and up-to-date.
• Establish templates and records as necessary.
• Develop a Distribution Matrix for allocating controlled copies of documents to relevant parties.
• Adhere to DMS and ISO standards at all times.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of data in control records.
• Promote timely document flow between company and clients.
• Prepare and manage documents efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the security of confidential documents.
• Design templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
Requirements :
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Familiarity with ISO standards.
• Immediate availability to join will be given preference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of document inspection and audit.
• Willingness to visit different BUs as required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same domain.
