Document Controller

Job Location : UAE

Main responsibilities include:

• Document registration, issue control, copying, distribution and transmittal.
• Generating, maintaining, and providing regular updates on documentation statuses and reports.
• Co-ordinating and supporting Consultants and Contractors document controllers.
• Effectively communicating documentation issues within the project team, Consultants, and Contractors in a clear and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years overall relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the role.
• Experience using internet-based document control systems, e.g. Asite.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
• Fluent English both written and spoken, Arabic an advantage.
