Provide support for IT incidents and service requests, including hardware, software, networking, and various IT-related issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT problems in alignment with agreed SLAs, escalating unresolved issues to Level 3 support or relevant teams, as necessary.
Expertise in application support, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft OS platforms, Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Azure, O365, etc.), and MS Security tools such as MS Defender.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IT ticketing systems and support tools.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Maintain accurate IT documentation and reports, ensuring adherence to organizational IT policies and procedures.
Hands-on experience in imaging computers and laptops for system deployment.

Certificate:

ITIL 4 Foundation – Must have
IT Certifications HW\SW or similar certificate
