Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the companys services.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Maintain records of visitors and manage visitor access.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings as needed.
Job Details :
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry is preferred.
