Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
• Phone Call Management: Answer phone calls, transfer them to the relevant department.
• Email Management: Check and forward emails to concerned individuals.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule MD meetings (if required) and send reminders.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor attendance for office staff, MEP engineers, solar engineer, and GRP via phone call/WhatsApp and record in Excel.
• Travel Arrangements: Book tickets and make travel arrangements (if necessary).
• Billing and Invoicing: Prepare utility bills and order stationery from suppliers after comparing prices.
• Administrative Support: Receive invoices, stamp them, and hand over to the accounts department while logging into the record book.
• Job Postings: Post job requirements on Indeed, sort applications, and send them to the HR manager.
