Key Responsibilities:

Project management: advise client on their climate strategy - from carbon baselining and onsite audits, external benchmark studies, goal setting and roadmap planning to the implementation of renewable energy transactions, sustainability managed services and enterprise efficiency services - be the key interface with client during case work, provide project oversight (synthesize recommendations, challenge work in progress, and re-orient analyses as necessary to drive client value), and manage project budgets.
Drive delivery (projects and service) to a more proactive interaction with clients:share innovative ideas, handle challenging client situations, proactively problem-solving to tackle delivery challenges, manage external and internal stakeholder communications with high level of maturity.
Collaborate to win: collaborate with teams across the globe and region to leverage our expertise and facilitate follow on opportunities for all Schneider Electric lines of businesses (LoBs); work seamlessly with commercial leaders and support commercial enablement as needed.
Build teams: coach and inspire junior team members to develop their consulting and client communication skills, creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow.
Knowledge management: contribute to Sustainability knowledge management by working closely with Knowledge Management team to identify knowledge gaps and develop new methodologies, tools and assets.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Capable to persuade and influence effectively, and able to engage others to work collaboratively.
Ability to operate in a matrix management environment.
Excellent business acumen and judgment, pragmatic, with financial and commercial awareness.
Strong people leader, supporting the team to achieve their best and celebrate success.
Fast learning capacity and curiosity for Schneider Electric’s businesses.
Resourceful, tenacious and self-starter attitude.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal (oral) and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Open-minded, actively listens to others, understands and values others' views, with an international, multi-cultural mind-set and approach.
High level of maturity: ability to liaise with counterparts from different parts of the organization (internally and externally) and including senior managers and executives.
Structured and organised way of working; ability to work under time pressure; Good attention to detail with an ability to prioritise and balance workload.

Possesses a strategic and innovative mindset, with enthusiasm for the capabilities of our technology.
English speaking to at a high level of fluency, additional languages would be beneficial.
A willingness to travel as and when necessary.
Background in ESG Software.
Proven experience in leading client engagements and complex projects or services across multiple geographies.
