Based in Dior Boutique in Abu Dhabi, your main responsibilities will be to:

Prepare new arrivals / products, working closely with the Boutique Management and VM Team

Implement product newness and maintain the VM Displays daily in the Boutique accordingly to the VM Guidelines, taking in consideration the allocation and product availability

Being the Image Stake Holder for our beautiful Boutique in Abu Dhabi

Train the Boutique Team on the importance of adhering to VM Guidelines and presenting new Collection Launches to Boutique Team

Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Boutique Team, to understand the local business needs and push the sales even further

Adjust the displays if needed accordingly
Support the Marketing Team by setting up the Boutique for special instore events

Create photo reports, competitor checks and presentations for HQ
Maintain a well-organized VM prop storage

Profile:

•Having excellent organization and personal skills
•Being Creative, structured, organized and having a commercial mindset
•Working independently and also being a team player
•Being highly motivated and being proactive
•Having good communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
•Experience in Visual Merchandising in the Luxury •Goods sector
•Fluent in English
•Computer skills
