Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in the banking mortgage industry or real estate, with a proven track record of maintaining effective communications between lenders and borrowers.
• He/She will be responsible for end-to-end process management, ensuring seamless execution of mortgage applications from initiation to completion.
• Our Mortgage Advisor must possess strong diplomacy and negotiation skills, enabling him/her to facilitate smooth lending processes and provide exceptional customer service.
• Furthermore, he/she will maintain accurate and detailed conversation logs for all applications, pre-approvals, and mortgage applications in the loan origination system.
• Professional knowledge of technical aspects of the mortgage industry, coupled with the ability to stay updated on financial market trends and terms, is essential for this role.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• A high level of professionalism, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is required to excel in this position.
• Additional requirements include facilitating the lending process, managing member relationships throughout the mortgage application process, and maintaining professional knowledge of financial markets and industry trends.
