Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Experience, Skills and Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CII, CPCU, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in insurance management, preferably handling Medical, Fleet, and General Insurance in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, wordings, and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation skills to optimize policy terms and cost reductions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret policy documents and financial statements.
• Proficiency in insurance claims handling and coordination.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with insurers, brokers, internal stakeholders, and finance teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple policies and claims efficiently.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance laws and regulations is an advantage.
