Responsible in ensuring to report and monitor sales related to BA strategy. Support the business performance director in manging timelines, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuing alignment with the organizational goal. Acting as a key liaison across departments, accurate reporting and effective collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
1- PMO:
Monitor and report on the implementation of Bupa's sales related strategies, objectives, and initiatives related to the department
Identify risks and opportunities in the strategic roadmap.
Accurate reporting
2- Program Management:
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for strategic sales initiatives.
Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives across all sales functions
3- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, finance, and other business units to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
Act as a central point of communication for all stakeholders regarding the progress of sales strategies and initiatives.
4- Reporting and Governance:
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of strategy-related reports and updates to senior management.
Maintain compliance with all governance frameworks and organizational policies related to project management.
