We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Chemist to join our EHS Lab Services team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site chemical analyses, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, and providing valuable insights to support our clients' EHS initiatives.

Perform field sampling and on-site chemical analyses in various industrial settings

Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to assess environmental health and safety parameters

Analyze and interpret complex data sets, preparing comprehensive reports for clients and regulatory agencies

Ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations and standards

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and field sampling devices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS improvement strategies

Provide technical expertise and guidance on chemical hazard assessments and industrial hygiene principles

Participate in the development and implementation of new analytical methods and procedures

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all analyses and field activities

Adhere to strict safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the organization

Qualifications:

Diploma's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or environmental setting

Proficiency in various chemical analysis techniques and laboratory procedures

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, with a preference for familiarity with local Saudi Arabian environmental regulations

Experience in field sampling and on-site analysis

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong data management and reporting abilities
Proficiency in relevant software, including

Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office suite

Relevant safety certifications, such as HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response)

Demonstrated expertise in environmental health and safety regulations, industrial hygiene
principles, and chemical hazard assessment

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Willingness to work in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to local working conditions

Physical ability to perform field work and handle laboratory equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety
