Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with exceptional hospitality.
Manage front desk operations, including:
Answering phone calls and emails.
Handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate office activities and schedules efficiently.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Courier services and deliveries.
Office inventory and supplies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold a professional and positive company image at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Hospitality or related fields).
Prior experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Europeans preferred.
