HR Assistant

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role:

Coordinating employee leaves and ensuring all leave applications/records are up to date (both hard copies & Excel). Maintaining daily attendance records, including tracking late comings and leaves.

Sourcing and scheduling candidates for
interviews as per requirements.

Preparing and calculating leave salary, air ticket allowances, EOSB preparation, and completing employee exit formalities.

Updating telephone contact lists (UAE & Back Office) and organizational charts (UAE & Back Office).

Managing employee document updates (Back Office & Abu Dhabi Office) and maintaining the Employee Master database.

Processing payroll for Back Office, including pay slip completion.

Issuing business cards for new employees and reissuing for existing employees.

Handling labour renewal forms and increment forms: preparing forms, following up with department heads for approvals, and communicating with employees post-approval.

UAE Payroll: Preparing payroll inputs, payroll sheets, SIF files, and handling additional tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR

experience in the UAE (preferred).

Education: MBA in HR.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English.

Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong rapport with employees.

Preference: North Indian candidates preferred.
