• Maintain a comprehensive database of properties for sale, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available to clients.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell, leveraging expertise in real estate marketing and negotiation.
• Negotiate with real estate agents on behalf of clients, securing the best possible deals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and compliant with relevant regulations.
