HR Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Handle day-to-day employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Process and track employee documentation, such as contracts, leave requests, and performance appraisals.
• Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Prepare and update HR-related reports, such as attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Skills :
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
