We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Female HR and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about Human Resources and have a knack for managing administrative tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations.
2.Handle payroll activities with accuracy and efficiency.
3.Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records.
4.Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
5.Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR policies.
5.Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HRM.
2.Should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
3.Strong knowledge of payroll systems and time management tools.
4.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
