Logistics Supervisor

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to minimize costs and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Negotiate agreements with vendors, carriers, and service providers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery rates and cost savings.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records to prevent discrepancies.
• Process customer orders and guarantee timely shipment.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial.
• Knowledge of logistics systems and processes is required.
• Understanding of inventory management and forecasting is necessary.
