Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and follow up customers' needs and inquiries with other departments.
• Develop cost-effective plans to manage the logistics/customer services budget.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on feedback regarding company services and products.
• Guarantee timely delivery of orders in good condition.
• Solve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
• Track and develop company services provided to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Customer Services and Logistics.
• 5 years of experience in people management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• A record of successful distribution, logistics, and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
