HR Executive
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and provide conflict resolution support.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives.
• Organize employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Skills :
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
