HR Coordinator
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by updating HR documentation as needed.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters and policies.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Generate HR reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Skills :
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
