Restaurants Manager
Job Location : UAE
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including lounge area management
• Plan and update menus in collaboration with department heads
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
• Develop marketing strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Maximize financial performance by controlling costs without compromising standards
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and services
• Strong organizational and time management skills with flexibility
• Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills
• Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality in all dealings
• Able to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
