Customer Support Specialist
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering accurate and timely assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions, clarifying concerns, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide product and service information to customers and assist with onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to relevant teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high volumes of inquiries.
