Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of meetings, workshops, and events for the Economic Affairs Department, ensuring effective communication, timely logistics, and smooth execution.
Provide administrative assistance in drafting letters and emails, as well as following up on research and policy-related matters in both English and Arabic, ensuring clear, concise, and professional communication.
Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly updates on ongoing studies, summarizing key findings and progress.
Track departmental KPIs and report on events or developments—both local and global—that impact the department’s focus areas. Perform other duties as assigned by the Economic Affairs team members
