Roles & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the project’s progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule, while ensuring team progress and completion.
• Managing individual teams to ensure team productivity and ensuring daily target achievement.
• Providing regular updates on the status of project completion and daily activities.
• Preparing reports on project daily and overall completion and site diary.
• Developing and compiling daily site wise BOQs and ensuring no revenue is missed.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all materials and tools are available which each team as required.
• Preparing reports for management about the daily completion status of projects and individual team performance.
