A new business startup is seeking a passionate and dedicated Game Master to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing game operations, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.
Operate the Pixelleaps game system and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Collect customer data and analyze their behavior to inform business decisions whenever is required.
Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on building strong relationships.
Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Handle session bookings and cashiering duties.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and solid familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
A passion for gaming and a desire to create a fun and engaging experience for customers.
Experience in customer service or retail.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
IT background (education or experience) is a must
Working Hours: Full time, Afternoon shift - Sunday is off
Must be based in Bahrain
